Picasso Week, ages 6 - 12 – FULL
 June 29th -July 3rd, 9:30am - 12:00pm – $360
We will discuss the life and work of artist Pablo Picasso and create art work inspired by his drawings, paintings and sculptures.
All materials included.

Sketchbook (Drawing) Week, ages 8 - 12 – FULL
 July 6th - 10th, 9:30am - 12:00pm – $360
Do you love to draw? Sharpen your ability to draw what you see!
This week will inspire and challenge you with simple exercises and demonstrations covering spatial relationships, light and shadow, perspective and texture.
Sketchbooks will be provided.  All materials included.

Nature Week, ages 6 - 12 – FULL
 July 13th - 17th 9:30am – 12:00pm – $360
Drawing - Painting - Printmaking
We will create nature-inspired art projects! Our young artists will have the opportunity to draw from life with animals in the studio!
We will also paint and print from nature outdoors. Children will work in charcoal, pencil, paint and pastels. All materials included. 

Fashion - Project Runway Week, ages 8 - 12 – FULL
 July 20th - 24th, 9:30am - 12:00pm – $360
 Discover what it takes to be a successful fashion designer. Students will learn how professional designers use color, fabric, texture and pattern.
We will discuss design elements, styles and trends. Each student will create a personal project, beginning with a mood board and fashion sketch and ending with a complete garment made of non-traditional materials. We’ll complete the week with an informal fashion show for parents and friends. All materials included.

Pop-Up Book Design Week, ages 8 - 12 – 1 spot open
 July 27th - July 31st, 9:30am - 12:00pm – $360
 Do you love to draw and illustrate? This week is all about bringing your drawing to life. Each artist will illustrate a picture book of their own (no writing necessary).
We will learn how to create and build pop-ups and put our drawings and paintings into a real book! All materials included.

Sculpture Week, ages 8 - 12 – FULL
 August 3rd - 7th, 9:30am - 12:00pm – $360 
Children will explore sculpture with clay, wood, wire, fabrics and more! If you love to build things or create in 3D, this class is for you!
We'll look at the work of several artists for inspiration! All materials included.

Beach Week, ages 6 - 12 – 2 spots open
August 10th –  14th, 9:30am – 12:00pm – $360
It is summer in theArtRoom and we are bringing the beach indoors! We will explore with sand, water and sun.
Our drawing, painting and sculpture projects will all be “BEACH” inspired. All materials included.

Paper Art Week, ages 6 - 12 – 2 spots open
 August 17th –  21st, 9:30am – 12:00pm – $360
Papermaking, Paper Marbling and Bookmaking! We will explore the process and techniques of paper making, marbling and more.
Each artist will complete the week with a selection beautiful papers and a hand crafted book. All materials included.
